Broker Biography

Joseph Paul Cajuste has been a full time real estate professional for over 20 years.  In 2006 and after working many years for other brokers, Paul decided to open Universal Realty LLC, where he is broker-owner, in Linden NJ.  Paul has a heart for people as well as his community. His motto “Where Families and Communities come first” has truly been his mindset.  As a pillar in his community, Paul has help put many clients and friends into their first homes, as well as helping established investors find their next project. 

Paul has been married to his beautiful wife Jacqueline, for 37 years. They have one son and the proud grandparents of two grandchildren. Paul enjoys family and community events where he can share his time with his family and friends.

As a Broker, Paul strives to make sure his family of sales agents are highly motivated, knowledgeable, and centered on working for their community as well as serving the needs of their real estate clients.
